Welcome! If you’re a student who is about to head to university then you’re in the right place to be as prepared as you can be for success and to reduce your anxieties around the unknown. If you’re a parent, caregiver or school teacher, this course will give you the insight you need to best support the student in your life to achieve their dreams as they launch inro fully independent study.In this resource I’ll give you the inside view on the critical decisions and hurdles all students face in their first semester.The guidance I provide is unique. I’ve had more than 15 years experience teaching including fulltime, permanently as both a school teacher and university lecturer. This allows me to present all the information students say they wish they’d known before they started.More than half of our students at Australian universities don’t complete their undergraduate bachelors degree within the standard 4 years. Even after 6 years approximately a third of students still don’t course complete. What does this mean? We are not talking about “other people”.
