You’ll learn how GPU communication libraries like NCCL shape traffic patterns, why congestion behavior matters more than raw bandwidth, and when to use PFC, ECN, and adaptive congestion control—along with the real-world trade-offs. This course also discusses DCQCN and some proactive ways to deal with Network Congestion.Finally, the course looks ahead to the future of AI networking with a practical introduction to Ultra Ethernet, explaining why traditional Ethernet had to evolve and what it means for next-generation AI fabrics.
