In this training, while learning the S7-1200 step by step, we also delve into the world of automation panels: panel components, layout logic, and basic connection arrangements… The question of “PNP or NPN?” will cease to be a confusing topic and become a clear logic that falls into place with the diagram and application.
The most enjoyable part is this: we write programs in TIA Portal (checking them with PLC simulation if necessary), upload them to the PLC, and then run them through the connections we’ve established, and examine the results together. So you see not only “how to write the program,” but also “how it works.”
Next, we move on to the most common part you’ll encounter in the field: motor control.
We set up scenarios such as direct starting, multi-point control, electrical interlocking, and direction reversal for 3-phase asynchronous motors, both on the hardware and software sides. Because we proceed step-by-step, the process becomes both understandable and a confidence-building workflow.
In short, this course is less about making you say “I’ve learned it” and more about making you say “I can build this myself.”
