Requirements
No prior certification is required. The program is structured to guide learners from fundamental quality concepts to advanced professional practices even if they are starting with minimal background.
Basic understanding of organizational processes or operations : Familiarity with how work flows inside companies will help you relate faster to quality concepts.
Curiosity about improving processes and solving problems. Learners who have an interest in quality and continuous improvement will benefit greatly as the course covers essential frameworks such as TQM and the Quality Value Chain in depth.
Comfort with structured thinking and documentation. Because the course involves building process flows analyzing root causes, designing documentation hierarchies, and interpreting quality data, participants should be prepared to work through structured examples and simple analytical exercises.
