Description
Welcome to Communitree Yoga Teacher Training. My name is Kristen. I received a certificate from an online yoga teacher training on Udemy and felt inspired to make one too. I graduated from the University of Virginia with honors. I raised a dog named Blue who I love with my whole heart and who I do yoga with. She and I also love to meditate and hike.

I went to a meditation retreat that is free called Vipassana Meditation. I meditate for two hours every day for one hour each, in the morning and at night.

This yoga teacher training can help you to teach yoga. It comes with a certificate. The training includes floor positions, table top positions, standing positions and a type of sun salutations. Some of the names of yoga positions are downward facing dog, crow pose, pigeon pose, boat pose and bridge pose.

If you want to take a water break during the teacher training you can. You don’t have to have a yoga mat to do this but it is helpful. Also you should wear comfortable clothing.

You might want to teach a free yoga class at the library or a community center. You might want to play music when you teach yoga.
