Emotional Freedom is a reflective, idea-driven course designed to help you understand how emotions, beliefs, and internal narratives shape your actions, relationships, and capacity to live freely.

Recorded as part of a live Liberty International seminar series, this course brings together thinkers and educators who explore emotional freedom through character, self-responsibility, humility, boundaries, and personal growth. The discussions you’ll see are real conversations with participants from different countries and cultural backgrounds, actively engaging with these ideas and learning from one another.
