The course begins with the critical path for F&B pre-opening planning. Learners will develop a structured timeline covering concept confirmation, menu engineering, operational design review, equipment placement, regulatory compliance, and capital expenditure planning. This module ensures that culinary vision, operational practicality, and financial sustainability are aligned from the beginning.

The second module focuses on human resources and service culture development. Participants will design the F&B organizational structure, implement recruitment strategies, develop comprehensive training programs, and build a service culture that reflects the brand’s identity. Leadership coaching and team development are emphasized to ensure management teams are fully prepared for the opening.

The course then explores the setup of facilities and cross-departmental integration.
