No pre-requisites, It is designed for complete beginners.
Take frequent breaks and don’t do all in one shot.
No note-taking.
Your only homework is exposure to French in non-formal contexts (eg. language exchange partner)
Don’t blame yourself, blame the instructor when you don’t get it right.
Give yourself time.
Don’t try to remember… it stresses your brain out- UNDERSTAND.
