The module talks about the scenario of Metacognition in learning and teaching. It showcases the term Metacognition as thinking about thinking. It is marched with the directives  as  an increasingly useful mechanism to enhance student learning, both for immediate outcomes and for helping students to understand their own learning processes to deliver priority of learning.
The approach is towards making “thinking about thinking”, “knowing about knowing”, becoming “aware of one’s awareness” and higher-order thinking skills towards excellence as a priority.  The module replicates about the feature of awareness that you have difficulty remembering people’s names in social situations in addition of  reminding yourself that you should try to remember the name of a person you just met, interacted or interfaced whether online or off line in particular.
