In this course you will learn about the value of peace, the importance of peace and the cost of not embracing peace in homes, workplaces and even in communities.Conflict begins when we struggle to solve difficult challenging  issues. This calls for us to look for ways that can assist us, in avoiding conflict by all means. When individuals  invest in developing peace building skills,  Families, Communities and even Nations of this world, experience a life changing transformation.However, stagnation becomes the order of the day, when peace is lacking. Peace is something that must be valued, cultivated and guarded by all means. In this course you will learn about ways in which you can cultivate peace in your day to day encounters, at  home, work and even in your community. Peace should start from within. The course looks at the importance of cultivating inner peace, building and striving for unity in every area of one’s life. Peace affects homes, communities and even governments. When peace is lacking, a lot of things can be compromised. This can include one’s sense of direction, health, productivity, economies and even one’s sense of self confidence.Learn about how you can cultivate peace in your home, community and even at work. When communities embrace peace there is a sense of freedom and everybody thrives. Without peace aggression becomes prevalent  because people are disgruntled and unhappy. Peace at work, has to do with your working environment. The course will also touch on the importance of peace in religious organizations and how even such communities should find amicable ways of dealing with conflict.
