This training course is highly practical and engaging, and it is designed to make it easy for you to learn in your own way, at your own pace. The course offers an organized sequence of modules, separated into sections that provide preparation in the practice of professional project management. It contains 13 modules which covers Introduction to Project Management and The Project Management Knowledge Areas.

This course is designed for absolute beginners who are new to project management and want to understand how projects are planned and delivered successfully. It introduces the basic concepts of project management using simple language and practical examples, while aligning with globally recognized PMP (Project Management Professional) standards.

Learners will be guided through the five core PMP process groups—Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing—to understand how projects move from an idea to completion. The course explains essential project management knowledge areas such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communication, and stakeholder management in an easy-to-follow manner.

Participants will learn how to set clear project goals, create basic project plans, manage tasks and timelines, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and handle common project risks and challenges. Real-world scenarios and simple exercises help learners apply what they learn without requiring prior experience.

By the end of the course, learners will have a solid foundation in project management, the confidence to participate in or manage small projects, and a strong understanding of PMP-aligned concepts that prepare them for further study or professional certification in project management.
