This course is designed to provide a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of ServiceNow’s Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities, with a strong focus on real-world implementation and architecture-level thinking. Rather than limiting the learning to theoretical concepts, the course walks you through practical use cases where AI transforms traditional ServiceNow workflows into intelligent, autonomous systems.

You will start by building a solid foundation in ServiceNow’s AI ecosystem, including components such as Now Assist, AI Search, and AI Agents. From there, the course gradually moves into core GenAI concepts like prompt engineering, LLM integration, and retrieval-augmented generation, explained in a way that is directly applicable to ServiceNow implementations.

A major highlight of this course is the end-to-end hands-on project, where you will design and build an Agentic AI workflow. In this use case, a user submits data through a record producer, which triggers an AI Agent. The agent intelligently processes the input, creates a structured knowledge base article, and initiates an approval workflow using defined tools. This demonstrates how AI Agents can act as decision-makers while workflows orchestrate execution. By the end of the course, you will be able to design, implement, and scale AI-powered solutions on ServiceNow, positioning yourself as a capable architect or developer in the rapidly evolving AI-driven automation landscape.
