Requirements
Completion of WingTsun Basic Level and Technician Levels 1 and 2, including familiarity with Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kiu, Biu Tze and Chi Sao Sections 1–7. Basic experience with Chi Sao training and partner drills is recommended.
Access to a WingTsun Wooden Dummy is recommended to practice the Wooden Dummy form correctly.
A training partner is helpful for practicing the Chi Sao sections and applications.

WingTsun Technician Level 3 – Wooden Dummy Form and Chi Sao ApplicationsThis course continues the structured WingTsun training path and builds upon the knowledge developed in the previous levels. In Technician Level 3, students are introduced to the Wooden Dummy form together with eight Chi Sao sections and their practical applications.The Wooden Dummy is one of the most important training tools in the WingTsun system. It helps practitioners refine structure, positioning, angles, and coordination while maintaining correct centerline control. Through consistent training with the dummy, students develop precision, balance, and efficient movement.In addition to the Wooden Dummy form, this course teaches eight Chi Sao sections and their practical applications. These sections help bridge the gap between structured partner drills and realistic interaction. Students will learn how the principles developed in Chi Sao can be applied in practical situations while maintaining relaxation, forward intent, and control of the centerline.Each section and movement is explained step by step so students can clearly understand both the techniques and the principles behind them.This course is designed for WingTsun practitioners who have already completed the previous levels and want to deepen their understanding of structure, timing, and practical application.By studying the Wooden Dummy form and Chi Sao applications, students will continue developing the technical skills and awareness required for advanced WingTsun training.
