Stature Includes 65 audio lessons in a compact format (10-20 minutes each) to guide and support you in understanding, redefining and upgrading your character. All lessons are recorded by me personally (Steve). This is to help you consciously understand your character and reshape it.
Every lesson can be streamed and/or downloaded.

Every audio lesson is available in both streamable and downloadable formats. You can choose the pace that suits you best, since the deep dive is completely self-paced.-paced. Listen to the lessons while you commute or go for a walk. This will work with any schedule.

This is a deeply personal experience that focuses solely on you, your unique character, your unfolding life story. This is a hands-on activity.-on deep dive, not a passive experience. Each audio lesson is followed up by written exercises that will help you to improve your self-awareness.-Awareness can help you increase your clarity and transform your character. The course workbook also includes a 1-hour self-study.-You can quickly review the lessons by reviewing the page text summary.

For at least six more weeks, we will be reconstructing the mental models that guide you in making decisions, communicating with others, and navigating the world.
